Simple living to me is every topic that I discuss here, but mainly it is about living a life not taken over by material goods and learning to live without those things. I see so many people living a life full of material goods and most of these people are in debt to have these things that they really do not need. I know, I was one of those people. I thought that success was truly measured by the amount of things, the kind of things that you possessed. While that may be true in some social circles, I have learned that is not the social circle I want to belong. I want my circle to value me for what I have to offer and will not judge me or my family solely on the things we have or don't have or the brand of clothes we wear.
